Senior Accountant



We are hiring a Senior Accountant to join our team in Odense, Denmark. As a Senior Accountant, you will be responsible for managing and overseeing the financial operations of our company. Your main duties will include preparing financial statements, analyzing financial data, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards and regulations.

Responsibilities:
- Prepare and review financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements
- Analyze financial data and provide insights to inform business decisions
- Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable processes
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations
- Oversee budgeting and forecasting processes
- Monitor cash flow and make recommendations for improvement
- Prepare tax returns and assist with tax planning strategies
- Train and supervise junior accounting staff
- Communicate with internal stakeholders to provide timely financial information

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
- 5+ years of experience in accounting, preferably as a Senior Accountant or similar role
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and regulations (GAAP)
- Proficiency in MS Office and accounting software (e.g. Quickbooks)
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of $1600 per month for this position.
