Job Title: Restaurant Manager

As a Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant in Odense. You will ensure that the restaurant runs smoothly and efficiently, meeting high-quality standards and providing exceptional customer service. Your main duties will include managing staff, creating schedules, ordering supplies, and maintaining inventory. You will also handle customer complaints and ensure that all health and safety regulations are followed.

Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years experience as a Restaurant Manager
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality or related field preferred
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- In-depth knowledge of food preparation and hygiene standards
- Biometric passport required (or ability to obtain one)
- Fluent in English (Danish language skills preferred)
- Must be willing to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays

Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day operations of the restaurant
- Train, supervise, and schedule staff members
- Create weekly schedules based on business needs and staffing levels
- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed
- Ensure that all health and safety regulations are followed at all times
- Handle customer complaints in a professional manner
- Maintain high-quality standards for food preparation, presentation, and service
- Develop strategies to increase sales and improve overall profitability of the restaurant

Salary: Starting salary of 1500$ per month (negotiable based on experience)
