Part-Time Restaurant Manager
We are searching for a highly motivated and experienced Part-Time Restaurant Manager to join our team in Odense. As a Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant, ensuring exceptional customer service, and maintaining high-quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and train staff members on company policies and procedures
- Create schedules and assign tasks to employees to ensure smooth operation of the restaurant
- Oversee inventory management and ordering supplies as needed
- Monitor food quality and presentation to maintain customer satisfaction
- Handle customer complaints and resolve any issues promptly
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to develop seasonal menus and specials
- Implement cost-control measures to improve profitability
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Restaurant Manager or in a similar role
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, in English or Danish preferred
- Knowledge of restaurant operations, including inventory management, budgeting, and scheduling
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
