Temporary Executive Chef
We are hiring a Temporary Executive Chef who is passionate about creating delicious and innovative dishes while maintaining high standards of food safety and quality. Responsibilities:
- Create and execute menus that reflect seasonal ingredients and current food trends
- Lead the kitchen team in preparing all meals to meet high standards of quality and presentation
- Ensure proper food safety procedures are followed at all times
- Manage inventory levels to minimize waste and maintain budget
- Train and mentor kitchen staff on cooking techniques, sanitation practices, and menu execution
- Collaborate with front-of-house staff to ensure smooth service and guest satisfaction
- Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked kitchen at all times
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Executive Chef or similar role in a professional kitchen environment
- Culinary degree or equivalent training preferred
- Knowledge of food safety guidelines and regulations
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire team members
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively train, mentor, and collaborate with others
Working Conditions:
This is a temporary position located in Odense. The salary for this position is $1700 per month. Candidates must have a valid biometric passport. This is an urgent job opening with an immediate start date.
