Entry-Level Executive Chef
Our restaurant in Odense is seeking an ambitious and passionate Executive Chef to join our team. This is a great opportunity for a recent culinary school graduate or someone with a strong passion for cooking and the drive to learn and grow. As an entry-level Executive Chef, you will work closely with our experienced chefs to develop your skills and techniques in the kitchen.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in creating and implementing new menu items
- Prepare and cook dishes according to recipes and standards
- Ensure efficient kitchen operations, including inventory management and food cost control
- Train and supervise kitchen staff
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment
Requirements:
- Culinary school diploma or equivalent experience
- Basic knowledge of cooking techniques, kitchen equipment, and ingredients
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Passion for food and desire to learn
