Executive Chef in Odense, Denmark
We are in search of an experienced and talented Executive Chef to join our team in Odense, Denmark. As an Executive Chef, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the kitchen and culinary operations, including menu planning, food preparation, and kitchen staff management. Your creativity and passion for food will be key in creating innovative and delicious dishes that will delight our guests.
Responsibilities:
- Develop menus and create new dishes to keep up with current food trends and meet guest preferences
- Oversee all kitchen operations, including food preparation, cooking, and plating
- Ensure that all dishes are prepared to the highest quality standards and presented beautifully
- Train and manage kitchen staff to maintain consistency in food preparation and service
- Maintain inventory levels of food and supplies, placing orders as needed
- Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations
- Collaborate with other departments to plan special events or themed menus
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years experience as an Executive Chef or similar role
- Proven track record of creating delectable dishes using fresh ingredients
- Extensive knowledge of various cooking techniques and cuisines
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate a team
- Excellent time-management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations for food handling
Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of 1400$ per month for this full-time position. Additionally, we provide free visa sponsorship and air ticket for the successful candidate.
