Restaurant Manager
We are seeking an experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team in Odense, Denmark. As the Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the restaurant's operations, including managing staff, ensuring quality service and food, and maintaining a profitable business.
Responsibilities:
- Hire, train, and manage restaurant staff
- Create schedules and assign tasks to ensure smooth operation
- Monitor and maintain inventory levels and order supplies as needed
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain a clean and sanitary environment
- Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a professional manner
- Work with the chef to develop menu offerings and specials
- Monitor financial performance and make adjustments to meet profit goals
- Conduct regular staff meetings to communicate goals, expectations, and provide feedback
Requirements:
- At least 2 years of experience as a Restaurant Manager or similar role
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively
- Excellent communication skills in English (Danish language skills preferred)
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices in the restaurant industry
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and evenings as needed
Salary: 1500$ per month with accommodation provided.
