Restaurant Manager



As a Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant located in Odense. You will be working closely with the kitchen and front-of-house staff to ensure a smooth and efficient service, as well as maintaining high standards of food quality, customer service, and cleanliness.

Key responsibilities:

- Manage and coordinate all aspects of the restaurant, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and budgeting
- Train and supervise employees to maintain excellent customer service and uphold our restaurant's standards
- Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations and maintain a clean and organized environment
- Monitor food quality and presentation to ensure consistency and customer satisfaction
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback in a timely and professional manner
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional strategies to increase sales
- Stay updated on industry trends, new menu items, and competitors’ offerings

Requirements:

- Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or similar role in a fast-paced environment
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team
- Excellent communication skills in English (Danish proficiency is an asset)
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and hygiene practices
- Ability to work under pressure while maintaining a positive attitude
- Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Flexible schedule including weekends, evenings, and holidays

Salary: 1500$ per month (negotiable based on experience)
