Barista Supervisor

As a Barista Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our coffee shop in Odense, ensuring that our customers receive high-quality coffee and exceptional service. You will lead a team of baristas, providing guidance and training to ensure they deliver consistent and delicious drinks. Your role will involve managing inventory, creating staff schedules, and maintaining a clean and organized coffee shop environment.

To excel in this role, you must have at least 2 years of experience as a barista and possess strong leadership skills. You should be able to work well under pressure and have excellent customer service skills. Experience in inventory management and scheduling is preferred.

As our Barista Supervisor, you will also be responsible for maintaining relationships with suppliers to ensure we always have high-quality ingredients. You will also handle customer complaints and resolve any issues that may arise.

This position offers a salary of $1600 per month with accommodation provided. We are seeking someone who is available to start immediately as this is an urgent job opening.
