Responsibilities:
- Install, maintain and repair radio equipment according to client specifications
- Troubleshoot technical issues and provide timely solutions
- Conduct regular inspections and maintenance on existing radio systems
- Keep accurate records of all work performed and materials used
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient operations
- Stay updated on industry developments and new technologies
- Adhere to safety procedures at all times

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Proven experience as a Radio Technician or similar role preferred but not required
- Familiarity with various types of radio equipment and their functions
- Strong technical skills and ability to troubleshoot complex issues
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment
- Ability to follow instructions and adhere to safety procedures at all times
- Must be physically fit as the role may require lifting heavy equipment
