Construction Project Manager

Our construction company in Odense is seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as a Construction Project Manager. As the Construction Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our construction projects, from planning and budgeting to execution and completion.

Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, organize, and manage construction projects from start to finish
- Develop project timelines, budgets, and resource allocations
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders
- Monitor project progress and ensure adherence to safety regulations and building codes
- Communicate regularly with clients to provide updates on project status
- Conduct site visits to inspect work quality and address any issues that may arise
- Manage project budgets and make adjustments as needed
- Hire and supervise construction workers and subcontractors

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in construction management or a similar role
- Extensive knowledge of construction processes, materials, and equipment
- Proven track record of successfully managing multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Proficient in project management software

Salary: 1300$ per month

Location: Odense
