Construction Project Manager
The Construction Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of construction projects, from planning to completion. This role requires strong leadership skills, as well as technical knowledge and experience in the construction industry. The ideal candidate will be able to effectively communicate with a diverse team, manage budgets and timelines, and ensure quality control throughout the project. This is a full-time position based in Odense, with accommodation provided.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement project plans, including budgets, timelines, and resource allocation
- Manage project teams and subcontractors to ensure efficient and timely completion of projects
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and address any issues that may arise
- Communicate with clients to provide updates on project status and address any concerns
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies throughout the project
- Oversee quality control measures to ensure high standards are met during construction
- Manage project budgets and make adjustments as needed to stay within budget constraints
- Negotiate contracts with suppliers and subcontractors to secure competitive pricing for materials and labor

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field
- Minimum 5 years experience in construction management
- Strong leadership skills
- Excellent communication skills
- In-depth knowledge of construction processes, materials, and techniques
- Ability to read blueprints and other technical documents
- Familiarity with relevant software programs such as AutoCAD or Microsoft Project

Preferred:
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
- Experience managing large-scale commercial or residential projects
- Knowledge of local building codes and regulations
