Construction Project Manager

We are hiring for a skilled and experienced Construction Project Manager to join our team in Odense, Denmark. As a Construction Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of construction projects, from planning and budgeting to execution and completion. You will work closely with contractors, subcontractors, and other project stakeholders to ensure timely and quality completion of projects. The ideal candidate will have a background in construction management or related field, excellent communication and leadership skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1400$ per month, without accommodation but with visa sponsorship available. This position is open to all genders.

Responsibilities:
- Plan and oversee construction projects from start to finish
- Create project schedules, budgets, and timelines
- Manage project budgets and ensure cost-effectiveness
- Monitor progress of projects and make necessary adjustments
- Communicate regularly with contractors, subcontractors, and other project stakeholders
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations
- Handle any issues or delays that may arise during construction
- Coordinate with design teams to ensure adherence to plans
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress and address any concerns

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in construction management or related field preferred
- Proven experience as a Construction Project Manager or similar role
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and equipment
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- Ability to lead and manage teams effectively
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
