Entry-Level Construction Manager
Our construction company in Odense is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Entry-Level Construction Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of construction projects from start to finish. Responsibilities:
- Assist in developing project plans, schedules, and budgets
- Coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and services
- Monitor progress of construction projects and make adjustments as needed
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards
- Communicate with clients to provide updates on project status
- Manage project documentation, including contracts, permits, and change orders

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field (or equivalent work experience)
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and project management software
- Knowledge of construction processes, materials, and techniques
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team

Salary:
This position offers a competitive salary of 1100$ per month.

Location:
This position is located in Odense. Relocation assistance is not provided.
