Construction Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Construction Manager to join our team in Odense. As the Construction Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the construction process, from planning and budgeting to execution and completion. Your main goal will be to ensure that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and according to quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop project plans, schedules, and budgets
- Negotiate contracts with suppliers, contractors, and subcontractors
- Monitor progress and make adjustments as needed to meet deadlines and budget targets
- Ensure compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and other legal requirements
- Communicate effectively with clients, stakeholders, and team members
- Identify potential risks and develop contingency plans
- Manage project finances by tracking costs, approving expenses, and reporting on financial status
- Conduct site inspections to ensure work is being done according to specifications
- Make decisions regarding materials selection, equipment usage, and construction methods

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field (Master's degree preferred)
- Minimum of 5 years experience in a similar role within the construction industry
- In-depth knowledge of construction processes, building codes, safety regulations, and legal requirements
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to oversee multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team
- Proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
- Must have own visa for work in Odense

Salary: 1400$ per month (negotiable based on experience)
