Job Title: Office Assistant in Odense, Denmark


We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Office Assistant to join our team in Odense, Denmark. As an Office Assistant, you will be responsible for performing various administrative and clerical tasks to ensure the smooth running of our office. Your main duties will include managing phone calls and correspondence, organizing and maintaining paperwork and electronic files, scheduling appointments and meetings, and assisting with basic bookkeeping tasks.

To be successful in this role, you should have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, as well as strong time-management abilities. A biometric passport is required for this position as we often deal with sensitive information. Previous experience in an office environment is preferred but not required.
