We are hiring an Office Assistant to join our growing team in Odense, Denmark. As an Office Assistant, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office. This position is suitable for both men and women.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the reception area and greet visitors
- Answer and direct phone calls
- Organize and schedule appointments
- Maintain office supplies and equipment
- Create and update records and databases
- Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports
- Order office supplies when needed
- Ensure filing systems are maintained and up to date
- Provide general support to visitors
Requirements:
- Proven work experience as an Office Assistant or similar role
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Strong communication skills (both written and verbal)
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Ability to multitask and work well under pressure
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualification as an Administrative Assistant or Secretary will be a plus
