Part-Time Office Assistant in Odense
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Part-Time Office Assistant to join our team in Odense. In this role, you will provide administrative support to our office staff and assist with daily office tasks. This is a part-time position with the potential for full-time hours in the future.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist visitors and clients
- Answer phone calls and respond to emails
- Schedule appointments and manage calendars
- Maintain office supplies and equipment
- Organize and file documents
- Assist with data entry and record keeping
- Perform general office tasks such as photocopying, scanning, and mailing
- Help with event planning and coordination
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent education
- Proven experience as an office assistant or in a similar role
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask efficiently
- Detail-oriented and able to work independently
- Must be fluent in Danish (written and spoken)
- Must be legally authorized to work in Denmark
Salary:
This is a part-time position with a salary of 1500$ per month.
