Office Assistant in Odense, Denmark
We are hiring an experienced and efficient Office Assistant for our company in Odense, Denmark. In this role, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to ensure smooth daily operations of the office. The ideal candidate must have previous experience in an office setting, be detail-oriented and have excellent communication skills. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1300$ per month.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist visitors and clients in a professional manner
- Answer phone calls and direct them to the appropriate personnel
- Manage and organize all incoming and outgoing mail, including emails
- Maintain filing systems and ensure all documents are properly stored
- Order office supplies and maintain inventory levels
- Schedule appointments, meetings, and conferences as requested by the management team
- Compile data and prepare reports as required by senior staff members
- Assist with basic bookkeeping tasks such as invoicing, billing, and tracking expenses
- Perform other administrative duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Previous experience working in an office environment
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal)
