We are in search of an experienced Pastry Chef to join our team at a high-end restaurant in Odense. As a Pastry Chef, you will be responsible for creating and preparing a wide range of delectable desserts and pastries to delight our guests.

Responsibilities:
- Plan and execute the dessert menu, taking into consideration dietary restrictions and seasonal ingredients
- Prepare and present desserts and pastries according to established recipes and plating standards
- Train and supervise junior pastry chefs, ensuring quality control and efficient operations in the pastry kitchen
- Order ingredients and supplies, maintaining inventory levels and monitoring food costs
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations at all times

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Pastry Chef or similar role in a fine dining establishment
- In-depth knowledge of various pastry techniques, including baking, decorating, chocolate work, etc.
- Creativity and ability to develop new dessert items that align with the restaurant's concept
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices

Qualifications:
- Culinary degree or equivalent certification from a recognized institution
- Minimum of 3 years' experience as a Pastry Chef in a high-end restaurant or hotel
- Fluent in English (Danish proficiency is an asset)
- Passion for pastry arts with an eye for detail
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays

Compensation:
