Office Assistant - Entry Level (Odense, Denmark)
We are seeking a proactive and organized Office Assistant to join our team in Odense, Denmark. As an entry level position, this role is perfect for freshers who are looking to gain experience in an office setting. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, able to multitask, and possess strong communication skills.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist visitors to the office
- Answer phone calls and direct them to the appropriate person or department
- Sort and distribute incoming mail and packages
- Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary
- Organize and schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for employees
- Assist with basic bookkeeping tasks such as data entry and invoice processing
- Keep track of employee attendance records
- Provide general administrative support to the team
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; post-secondary education in business administration is a plus
- Proficient in Microsoft Office programs (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (Danish language skills are a plus)
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks
- Proactive problem solver with a positive attitude
Salary: 1700$ per month
