We are searching for a skilled and creative Pastry Chef to join our team in Odense, Denmark. As a Pastry Chef, you will be responsible for creating and preparing various types of pastries, desserts, and other baked goods. You must have a passion for baking and a strong knowledge of different techniques and ingredients.

Responsibilities:
- Prepare and bake a wide variety of pastries, cakes, cookies, and other desserts
- Develop new recipes and improve existing ones
- Ensure high quality and presentation of all baked goods
- Monitor inventory and order supplies as needed
- Train new kitchen staff on pastry techniques
- Maintain a clean and organized work area

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Pastry Chef or Baker
- Knowledge of different pastry techniques and methods
- Creativity in developing new recipes and flavors
- Understanding of food safety regulations
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Good communication skills in English (Danish proficiency is a plus)
- Degree or certification in Culinary Arts is preferred
