We are hiring a skilled and creative Pastry Chef to join our team at our renowned bakery in Odense. As a Pastry Chef, you will be responsible for creating delicious and visually appealing pastries, desserts, and breads. The ideal candidate will have a strong passion for baking, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to work well under pressure.

Responsibilities:
- Create and design new pastry recipes that cater to our customer's preferences
- Prepare and bake various types of pastries, including cakes, tarts, cookies, and breads
- Decorate pastries using different techniques such as frosting, glazing, and piping
- Monitor inventory of ingredients and supplies needed for baking
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen area
- Train and supervise junior pastry chefs or assistants
- Ensure all food safety standards are met

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Pastry Chef or similar role
- Knowledge of various baking techniques and methods
- Creativity in designing new pastries
- Excellent time management skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Good communication skills
- Attention to detail

Salary: 1600$ per month

Location: Odense, Denmark (Preference for Danish or European nationality)
