As a Merchandiser, you will be responsible for planning and implementing strategies to increase sales and profitability through effective product placement and display. Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the store manager to create a merchandising plan that aligns with sales targets and seasonal promotions.
- Use your creativity and knowledge of current trends to design attractive product displays that catch the eye of customers.
- Ensure products are labeled correctly with accurate pricing information.
- Monitor inventory levels and communicate any stock shortages or overstock situations to the store manager.
- Conduct regular visual audits of the store to ensure all displays are clean, organized, and visually appealing.
- Train new employees on proper merchandising techniques and provide ongoing support and guidance.

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; relevant college degree preferred.
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Merchandiser in a retail setting.
- Strong eye for design with knowledge of current fashion trends.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
- Able to lift up to 20 pounds and stand for extended periods of time.

Salary:
