- Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing or related field preferred.
- 2+ years of experience in merchandising or buying role.
- Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret sales data.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Creative mindset with ability to design appealing product displays.
- Proficient in MS Office Suite.
