Job Title: Sales Manager - Entry Level
We are seeking a highly motivated and driven Sales Manager to join our team in Odense, Denmark. As an Entry Level Sales Manager, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our company's products and services to potential customers. This role is ideal for individuals who are looking to kick-start their career in sales and have a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients to increase sales opportunities
- Identify potential customers and conduct market research to understand their needs
- Promote and sell our company's products/services through various channels such as cold calling, email campaigns, social media, etc.
- Create and deliver sales presentations to potential clients
- Negotiate contracts and close deals with clients
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities
- Collaborate with other departments within the company to ensure customer satisfaction
- Meet or exceed sales targets on a monthly/quarterly basis
Requirements:
- No previous sales experience required, but experience in customer service is a plus
- Highly motivated with a strong drive for success
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Willingness to learn about our products/services in order to effectively promote them
- Fluency in English (additional languages are a plus)
- Nationality or location is not a strict requirement, all candidates with valid work permits are welcome
