Sales Manager
We are currently hiring a Sales Manager to join our team in Odense. As a Sales Manager, your main responsibility will be to oversee and manage the sales team, ensuring that they meet their targets and contribute to the overall growth of the company.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve their individual and collective targets
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies and tactics to increase revenue
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and identify new business opportunities
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to stay ahead of the game
- Train and coach team members on product knowledge, sales techniques, and customer service
- Monitor performance metrics and provide regular reports to senior management
- Collaborate with other departments such as marketing, finance, and operations to ensure efficient processes
Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years experience in a sales management role
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of CRM software and proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field (MBA preferred)
- Fluent in English (Danish language skills would be an advantage)
Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of $1200 per month along with commission based on performance. In addition, we provide accommodation for our employees.
Location:
The position is based in Odense but may require occasional travel within Denmark.
