Gardener Supervisor

We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced Gardener Supervisor to join our team in Odense. As a Gardener Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing a team of gardeners and ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and to the highest standard.

Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise a team of gardeners, providing guidance and support as needed
- Oversee the maintenance and upkeep of all gardens, including planting, pruning, weeding, and fertilizing
- Create and implement plans for seasonal changes in gardening tasks
- Train new team members on gardening techniques and safety procedures
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of necessary materials and equipment
- Maintain records of gardening schedules, tasks completed, and supplies used

Requirements:
- At least 3 years of experience in gardening or landscaping
- Proven experience in a supervisory role
- Extensive knowledge of plants, flowers, trees, and gardening techniques
- Strong communication skills to effectively lead a team
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Biometric passport or willing to obtain one

This is a contract position with accommodation provided. The salary for this role is $1200 per month. This position is suitable for men who have a passion for gardening and enjoy working outdoors.
