Courier Supervisor

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Courier Supervisor to oversee the delivery operations for our company in Odense. As a Courier Supervisor, you will be responsible for managing a team of couriers, ensuring timely and efficient delivery of packages, and maintaining customer satisfaction. This is an urgent job and visa sponsorship will be provided for qualified candidates.

Responsibilities:
- Supervise a team of couriers, providing guidance and support as needed
- Monitor the delivery schedule and assign routes to couriers based on workload and efficiency
- Ensure all packages are delivered on time, handling any delays or issues that may arise
- Maintain accurate records of deliveries, including tracking numbers and customer signatures
- Train new couriers on company policies and procedures
- Communicate with customers to resolve any delivery concerns or complaints
- Collaborate with other departments to improve overall delivery processes

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent, higher education preferred
- Minimum of 2 years experience in a supervisory role within the courier industry
- Ability to lead and motivate a team in a fast-paced environment
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills in English (Danish language skills preferred)
- Valid driver's license with clean driving record
Salary: 1100$ per month.
