Handywoman
As a Handywoman, you will be responsible for completing various maintenance and repair tasks in residential and commercial settings. You will use your skills and knowledge to tackle a variety of projects, including plumbing, electrical work, carpentry, painting, and more. Your main goal will be to ensure that properties are well-maintained and in good working condition.

Key Responsibilities:
- Perform routine maintenance tasks such as fixing leaky faucets, unclogging drains, replacing light fixtures, etc.
- Repair or replace damaged items such as doors, windows, flooring, etc.
- Conduct inspections to identify potential maintenance issues and address them in a timely manner
- Follow safety protocols and use appropriate equipment when completing tasks
- Keep accurate records of all completed work and materials used
- Communicate with clients to understand their needs and provide solutions accordingly
- Collaborate with other team members to complete larger projects

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a handyman or similar role
- Excellent knowledge of plumbing, electrical work, carpentry, painting, and other repair methods
- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and blueprints
- Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Good physical stamina and strength to handle various tools and equipment
- Customer service-oriented with strong communication skills
- Valid driver's license with a reliable mode of transportation

Preferred:
- Experience working in residential or commercial settings
- Familiarity with building codes and regulations in Odense or Denmark
- Basic knowledge of Danish for effective communication with clients

Working Conditions:
