Administrative Coordinator
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Coordinator to join our team in Odense, Denmark. As an Administrative Coordinator, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating various administrative tasks and supporting the smooth operation of our company.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and manage all administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments, organizing meetings, and maintaining records
- Serve as the main point of contact for all internal and external communication
- Assist with budget management and expense tracking
- Prepare reports, presentations, and other documents as needed
- Manage travel arrangements and accommodations for company personnel
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure efficient workflow
- Maintain office supplies and equipment inventory
- Provide general administrative support to the team
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Administrative Coordinator or similar role
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Experience working in an international environment is a plus
Salary: 1100$ per month
