Office Administrator in Odense, Denmark
Our international company is seeking a competent Office Administrator to join our team in Odense, Denmark. As an Office Administrator, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of our office and ensuring smooth and efficient functioning. This is a full-time position with a competitive salary of 1800$ per month.
Responsibilities:
- Manage office supplies and equipment, including ordering and maintaining inventory
- Schedule appointments and meetings, arrange travel plans, and maintain calendars
- Answer phone calls, emails, and inquiries from clients and partners
- Organize and maintain physical and electronic files
- Assist with budgeting and financial record keeping
- Coordinate with IT support for any technical issues
- Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence as needed
- Assist with HR tasks such as new employee onboarding and maintaining personnel records
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an office administrator or similar role preferred
- Familiarity with basic accounting principles
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field preferred
