Office Manager - Odense, Denmark
We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Office Manager to join our team in Odense, Denmark. As the Office Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all administrative and operational activities in the office. This is a contract position with a salary of 1700$. We offer accommodation for non-local candidates.
Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day operations of the office, including scheduling appointments, managing calendars, and coordinating meetings
- Ensure efficient communication between employees and departments
- Develop and maintain office policies and procedures
- Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails, phone calls, and postal mail
- Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary
- Oversee office budget and expenses
- Handle confidential information with discretion
- Coordinate travel arrangements for employees when necessary
- Assist with onboarding new employees by preparing necessary documents and setting up workstations
Requirements:
- At least 2 years of experience as an Office Manager or in a similar role
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Strong communication skills (verbal and written)
- Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
- Biometric passport or valid work permit for Denmark
- Must be able to start immediately
