Office Manager
As an Office Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all administrative and clerical duties within the company. Your role will involve managing schedules, coordinating meetings, organizing office operations, and maintaining office equipment and supplies. You will also be responsible for managing employee records, handling correspondence, and assisting with budget management. The ideal candidate for this role should have excellent communication and organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:
- Manage employee schedules and coordinate meetings
- Oversee office operations and ensure smooth functioning
- Maintain office equipment and supplies
- Manage employee records and handle correspondence
- Assist with budget management

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in an administrative or clerical role preferred but not required
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

Salary:
1300$ per month
