Hotel Sales Manager
As a Hotel Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales and revenue for our hotel in Odense. You will work closely with the hotel management team to develop and implement sales strategies, identify new business opportunities, and maintain relationships with existing clients. Your main goal will be to increase occupancy and revenue through effective sales techniques and excellent customer service.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement creative sales strategies to attract potential clients
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities
- Build and maintain relationships with corporate clients, travel agencies, event planners, and other potential partners
- Collaborate with the hotel management team to create attractive packages and promotions
- Attend industry events and trade shows to promote the hotel
- Analyze sales data and monitor market trends to adjust strategies accordingly
- Negotiate contracts with clients to ensure favorable terms for both parties
- Provide exceptional customer service to exceed client expectations
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing or a related field preferred
- Proven experience in hotel sales or a similar role is a plus
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
- Familiarity with sales techniques such as cold-calling, networking, and relationship building
- Knowledge of the local market in Odense is preferred
Salary:
The salary for this position is $1200 per month.
Location:
This is a full-time position located in Odense, Denmark.
