Job Title: Contract Office Manager - Odense

We are looking for a highly organized and efficient Contract Office Manager to join our team in Odense. As the Office Manager, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of our office, ensuring smooth functioning and efficiency. Your duties will include overseeing administrative tasks, maintaining records and files, managing schedules and appointments, and handling correspondence with clients and suppliers. You will also be responsible for managing office finances, including budgeting and expense tracking. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 2 years of experience in office management, excellent communication skills, and the ability to multitask effectively. Knowledge of accounting software and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite is required. This is a contract position with a salary of $1400 per month, including accommodation.
