Job Title: Hotel Sales Manager
As a Hotel Sales Manager in our luxurious hotel in Odense, you will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies to increase revenue and occupancy rates. You will work closely with the marketing team to identify target markets and develop promotional campaigns. Additionally, you will build and maintain relationships with corporate clients and travel agencies to secure group bookings.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement innovative sales strategies to attract new business and increase revenue
- Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities for growth
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create effective promotional campaigns
- Build strong relationships with corporate clients and travel agencies to secure group bookings
- Conduct regular sales calls, site visits, and presentations to potential clients
- Negotiate contracts and rates with clients to ensure maximum profitability for the hotel
- Monitor sales performance against established goals and make adjustments as needed
- Prepare weekly, monthly, and annual sales reports for management review
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in hotel sales management
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Strong understanding of market dynamics and customer behavior
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Ability to build strong relationships with corporate clients and travel agencies
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, or holidays as needed
