Hotel Sales Manager



As a Hotel Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales and revenue for our hotel in Odense. Your primary responsibility will be to develop and implement effective sales strategies to attract and retain guests, increase occupancy rates, and maximize revenue. You will also be responsible for managing the sales team and ensuring they meet their targets.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to increase occupancy rates and revenue
- Identify potential clients and establish relationships with them through effective communication
- Conduct market research to identify new opportunities for business growth
- Create attractive packages and promotions to attract new guests and retain existing ones
- Manage the sales team, set targets, and monitor their performance
- Build strong relationships with corporate clients, travel agents, event planners, and other key stakeholders
- Attend industry events, trade shows, conferences, etc. to network and promote the hotel's services
- Work closely with other departments such as marketing, operations, and finance to ensure a seamless guest experience
- Monitor competitors' activities and make necessary adjustments to stay competitive in the market

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field (preferred)
- Proven experience in hotel sales or a similar role (minimum 2 years)
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Strong analytical skills with an ability to identify market trends and opportunities
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Fluent in English (additional languages are a plus)
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
