Part-Time Concierge in Odense

We are seeking a reliable and friendly Part-Time Concierge to join our team in Odense. As a concierge, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to residents and guests, handling inquiries and requests, and maintaining the cleanliness and appearance of common areas.

Responsibilities:
- Greet residents and guests with a warm and welcoming attitude
- Respond to inquiries and requests promptly and professionally
- Maintain the cleanliness of common areas, including the lobby, elevators, and hallways
- Assist with resident move-ins and move-outs
- Keep an organized log of packages and mail for residents
- Monitor surveillance cameras and report any suspicious activity
- Coordinate with maintenance staff for repairs or maintenance issues
- Provide recommendations for local restaurants, attractions, and services to residents

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Fluent in English (knowledge of other languages is a plus)
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Attention to detail
- Must be able to work independently as well as part of a team

This is a part-time position with a salary of 1600$ per month. No previous experience is required as we provide training on the job. However, candidates with previous customer service experience will be given preference.
