Job Title: Concierge - Seasonal position in Odense, Denmark


We are seeking a reliable and customer-oriented Concierge to join our team in Odense, Denmark for a seasonal position. As a Concierge, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our guests and ensuring their needs and requests are promptly met.

Key Responsibilities:
- Greet guests upon arrival and assist with check-in/check-out procedures
- Provide information about the local area, including restaurants, attractions, and transportation options
- Arrange reservations for guests at local restaurants or events
- Handle guest requests such as booking tours, arranging transportation, or providing extra amenities
- Maintain a clean and organized lobby area
- Address any guest complaints or concerns in a timely and professional manner
- Collaborate with other hotel staff to ensure smooth operations and guest satisfaction

Requirements:
- Previous experience in a customer service role preferred
- Excellent communication skills in English (additional languages are a plus)
- Strong problem-solving abilities
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of the local area and attractions is an asset
- Must be able to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays

Salary:
The salary for this seasonal position is 1600$ per month.
