IT Manager

The IT Manager will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of the company's information technology systems and infrastructure. This includes ensuring the security, functionality, and efficiency of all hardware, software, and networks. The IT Manager will also be responsible for developing and implementing technology strategies to support the company's goals and objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain an IT strategy aligned with the company's overall business strategy
- Oversee the installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of hardware, software, and network systems
- Ensure the security of all IT systems and data through regular backups, updates, and disaster recovery plans
- Manage a team of IT professionals, including hiring, training, and evaluating performance
- Collaborate with other departments to identify technology needs and implement solutions that improve efficiency and productivity
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and advancements in technology to continuously improve processes
- Manage vendor relationships for hardware, software, and services purchasing

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- Minimum of 5 years experience in information technology management
- Proven experience managing a team
- Strong knowledge of hardware, software, networking, and security systems
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously

Preferred:
- Master's degree in Information Technology or MBA
- Certifications such as CISSP or PMP
- Experience working in a global organization

Location: Kolding (with accommodation provided)

Salary: 1700$ per month (with visa sponsorship available if needed)
