Job Title: IT Manager

As an IT Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the information technology needs of our company in Kolding. You will manage a team of IT professionals and collaborate with other departments to ensure that our technology systems are efficient, secure, and up to date. Your duties will include developing and implementing technology strategies, managing budgets, and staying informed about emerging technologies. You should have strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a deep understanding of IT infrastructure and operations. A minimum of 5 years of experience in an IT management role is required for this position. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1700$ per month. All nationalities are welcome to apply.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of our company's technology systems
- Manage a team of IT professionals and delegate tasks accordingly
- Develop and implement technology strategies to support business goals
- Monitor system performance and security measures to ensure smooth operations
- Stay up to date with emerging technologies and make recommendations for their implementation
- Collaborate with other departments to identify their technology needs and provide solutions
- Manage the IT budget, including purchasing hardware, software, and services
- Train employees on new technologies or processes as needed
- Troubleshoot technical issues as they arise

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- Minimum of 5 years experience in an IT management role
- Excellent leadership skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
- In-depth knowledge of IT infrastructure and operations
- Proven experience developing technology strategies
- Familiarity with project management methodologies
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
