We are hiring an experienced and dynamic IT Manager to join our growing team in Kolding. As an IT Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the company's technology operations and ensuring that all systems and processes are running smoothly. You will also be responsible for managing a team of IT professionals, delegating tasks and providing guidance and support.

Key responsibilities:
- Develop and implement technology strategies that align with the company's goals
- Manage all hardware, software, and network systems to ensure optimal performance
- Identify areas for improvement in technology infrastructure and make recommendations for upgrades or changes
- Supervise a team of IT professionals, providing training, support, and performance evaluations
- Stay up-to-date with new technologies and industry trends to make informed decisions on behalf of the company
- Oversee data security measures to protect against cyber threats

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- Minimum of 5 years experience in an IT management role
- Strong knowledge of hardware, software, networking, and security systems
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
