We are in search of a highly motivated and skilled Network and Systems Administrator to join our team in Kolding, Denmark. As a Network and Systems Administrator, you will be responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, and upgrading our network and server systems. You will also be responsible for ensuring the security of our network and data, as well as providing technical support to our employees. The ideal candidate will have strong technical knowledge in areas such as TCP/IP protocols, server administration, and network security. This is a full-time position that offers a competitive salary of 1700$ per month. Visa sponsorship is not provided, so candidates must have the legal right to work in Denmark. This is an urgent position that requires immediate availability.

Responsibilities:
- Monitor and maintain all aspects of our network infrastructure including routers, switches, firewalls, servers, and other related hardware
- Troubleshoot network issues and provide timely resolution to minimize downtime
- Perform regular backups of data to ensure data integrity
- Install and configure new hardware and software as needed
- Ensure the security of the network by implementing appropriate security measures
- Provide technical support to employees on hardware and software issues
- Conduct regular system updates and upgrades to ensure optimal performance
- Maintain documentation on network configurations and procedures
- Collaborate with other IT team members on projects or initiatives

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field preferred
- Minimum of 2 years experience in a similar role as a Network or Systems Administrator
- Strong knowledge of TCP/IP protocols, server administration, and network security
- Experience with Cisco networking equipment is a plus
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex issues
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Strong attention to detail
- Good communication skills
- Must have the legal right to work in Denmark without visa sponsorship
