Back-End Developer


We are a fast-growing technology company based in Kolding, seeking a skilled Back-End Developer to join our team. As a Back-End Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining the server-side of our web applications. Your main focus will be on building efficient and scalable web services to support our front-end applications.

Responsibilities:
- Design, develop and maintain server-side code for our web applications
- Write clean, efficient and well-documented code that is easily maintainable
- Collaborate with front-end developers to integrate user-facing elements with server-side logic
- Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability
- Troubleshoot and debug issues in the back-end system
- Stay updated on emerging technologies and tools in the back-end development field

Requirements:
- Proven work experience as a Back-End Developer or similar role
- Strong proficiency in programming languages such as Java, Python or Node.js
- Experience with relational databases (e.g. MySQL) and NoSQL databases (e.g. MongoDB)
- Familiarity with front-end languages such as HTML, CSS and JavaScript
- Knowledge of web servers (Apache, Nginx) and experience with cloud technologies (AWS, Azure)
- Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development environment
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
