Job Title: Machine Learning Engineer



We are a rapidly growing tech company in Kolding, seeking a talented and experienced Machine Learning Engineer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing machine learning models and algorithms to solve complex problems in our industry.

Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and implement machine learning models and algorithms
- Conduct research on new techniques and technologies in the field of machine learning
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business needs and develop solutions
- Collect, clean, and analyze large datasets to train and evaluate models
- Troubleshoot issues with existing models and continuously improve their performance
- Communicate findings and results to both technical and non-technical stakeholders

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field
- At least 3 years of experience as a Machine Learning Engineer or similar role
- Proficient in programming languages such as Python, R, or Java
- Strong understanding of statistical concepts and machine learning algorithms (e.g. regression, classification, clustering)
- Experience with machine learning libraries/frameworks (e.g. TensorFlow, PyTorch)
- Familiarity with data preprocessing techniques (e.g. feature engineering)
- Good communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment

Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with Natural Language Processing (NLP) techniques
- Knowledge of cloud computing platforms (e.g. AWS, Azure)
- Background in Deep Learning
- Published research papers or participation in Kaggle competitions
