We are a women's empowerment organization in Kolding, Denmark seeking a highly skilled and passionate JAVA Developer to join our team. As a JAVA Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining software applications that will support our mission of empowering women. Your role will involve collaborating with our team of developers to create innovative solutions and provide technical support for our website and internal systems.

Key Responsibilities:
- Designing and developing high-quality software applications using JAVA programming language
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to gather user requirements and translate them into technical specifications
- Writing clean, efficient, and well-documented code
- Troubleshooting and debugging software issues to ensure optimal performance
- Creating and maintaining technical documentation for reference purposes
- Staying updated with the latest trends and advancements in JAVA development to continuously improve our systems

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- Proven experience as a JAVA Developer or similar role
- Strong knowledge of object-oriented programming principles and design patterns
- Proficiency in using frameworks such as Spring or Hibernate
- Experience with web development technologies including HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and AJAX
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to think creatively and analytically
- Good communication skills with the ability to work well in a team environment

Salary: 1200$ per month (negotiable based on experience)
