We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Developer to join our team in Kolding, Denmark on a contract basis. As a Senior Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining complex software systems. You will work closely with our team of developers and project managers to ensure high-quality code and timely delivery of projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in software development and be able to work independently and as part of a team. Experience with Agile methodologies and excellent communication skills are also required for this role.

Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain complex software systems
- Write well-designed, efficient, and testable code
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project requirements
- Participate in code reviews to ensure high-quality code
- Troubleshoot issues and provide timely resolutions
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in technology
- Mentor junior developers and share your knowledge with the team

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or related field
- At least 5 years of experience as a software developer
- Strong knowledge of programming languages such as Java, C++, or Python
- Experience with Agile methodologies (Scrum or Kanban)
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong communication skills (both written and verbal)
- Experience with version control systems (Git or SVN)
- Familiarity with database management systems (MySQL or PostgreSQL)
- Fluent in English (Danish is a plus)
