Teamlead - Kolding, Denmark
As a Teamlead at our company in Kolding, Denmark, you will be responsible for managing and leading a team of employees to ensure the successful execution of projects and achieving company goals. This is a full-time role with accommodation provided.
Responsibilities:
-Lead and motivate a team of employees to achieve project objectives and meet deadlines
-Delegate tasks and provide guidance, support, and feedback to team members
-Develop and implement strategies to improve team performance and efficiency
-Collaborate with other departments to ensure project coordination and smooth workflow
-Conduct regular performance evaluations and address any issues or concerns within the team
-Create work schedules, assign tasks, and monitor progress to ensure timely completion of projects
-Provide coaching, training, and development opportunities for team members to enhance their skills
-Manage budgeting and resource allocation for projects
-Communicate with clients or stakeholders to understand project requirements and provide updates on progress
Requirements:
-Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience
-Minimum 3 years of experience in a leadership role preferably in a similar industry
-Proven track record of successfully managing teams and delivering projects on time within budget constraints
-Strong communication skills with the ability to effectively communicate with team members, clients, and stakeholders
-Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
-Leadership qualities such as problem-solving, decision-making, conflict resolution, and delegation
-Knowledge of project management methodologies
-Familiarity with relevant software tools
-Must be fluent in English
