We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Teamlead to join our team in Kolding, Denmark. As the Teamlead, you will be responsible for overseeing a team of employees and ensuring the successful completion of projects and tasks. This role requires strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proactive mindset.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and supervise a team of employees
- Assign tasks and delegate responsibilities to team members
- Ensure timely completion of projects and tasks
- Monitor progress and provide feedback to team members
- Train new team members and provide ongoing support and guidance
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure efficient workflow
- Conduct regular performance evaluations for team members

Requirements:
- Biometric passport or eligibility to obtain one
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
- Previous experience in a leadership role preferred but not required
- Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal)
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively
- Proactive attitude with the ability to identify potential issues and find solutions

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of 1700$ per month for this position.
